Overall this is a great location within walking distance to everything New Orleans has to offer. The staff is the best in town.

Best views ever. Amazing view of the City including the River, Lake, Quarter, CBD, Warehouse District, and the Bridge. Great soundproofing. Very quiet in the apartment. Efficient and smart apartment layout. Well planned. Attentive staff. Love being connected with a hotel. Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery, the Bridge, the interstate, the Quarter, shopping, and parades.

Living at the Strand has really been a great experience for me. I enjoy my spacious apartment and being able to look out into the city when waking up in the morning. If you have any doubts, I would just go check it out. There's no question, if you work in the city, this is where you need to be.

A great place to live

We really enjoy living at The Strand. The apartment is really nice and well laid out. We enjoy the rooftop amenities, and the in-building parking. We can walk to the grocery store, drug store, bank, and uber cabs are always available for quick pick up. We have no trouble with noise on our floor, and feel very safe and secure inside the building. Would highly recommend

I've been here a couple months now, and bar the initial construction, everything has been running smoothly. I find some rules stringent, but neither have not been particularly inconvenient. The leasing agents are helpful. I have great neighbors. The location is amazing. The main part of the FQ is practically across the street. There are a plethora of eateries within walking distance in the FQ, Poydras St., the Riverwalk Outlet Mall, Canal Place, etc .

It is very safe and the perfect location. Having the parking attached is a major plus and makes it easy to get in and out no matter the weather also makes it easy to unload groceries. The staff is very helpful and makes sure to answer requests as soon as possible. The view from the apartment is second to none. Having guests come and find parking is difficult overall.

The apartment in conveniently located. While construction and new neighbors can be noisy the neighborhood is generally friendly and nice.
